ICI–UltraTech Industry Recognition & Best Design & Build House Award

At the same ICI–UltraTech industry event, Shaik Zubair Ahmed was recognized for professional contribution and excellence in the field of civil and structural engineering, and separately awarded "Best Design & Build House for Kurnool District" by the Indian Concrete Institute, Vijayawada Centre, at the UltraTech Awards 2025 — for Serenity Villas, shown here in its completed form.
